Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder ((chocolate or vanilla))
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil ((melted))
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips ((optional))

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures; fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Pour batter into pan; bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of nuts or more chocolate chips.
