Liquid

  • 8 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder

Cereal

  • 1 serving Cereal (Your Choice)

Oats

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 5.3 ounces Water
  • 2.6 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 10-15 drops Liquid Sweetener (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix milk substitute, water, and protein powder in a bowl or shaker.
  • Pour mixture over cereal and oats.
  • Add peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener; stir well.
  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
