Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 10 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter Alternative)
  • 5 Tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup (or Honey/Sugar Free Syrup)
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (Choose a complimenting flavor)
  • 1-2 Cups Cereal (Your Choice!) (Adjust based on cereal type)

Instructions 

  • Add butter into a stovetop pan over low heat.
  • Mix in peanut butter and syrup as they heat up until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder until well combined.
  • Add cereal and coat evenly.
  • Transfer mixture to a lined pan and press down.
  • Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
