Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix yogurt, sweetener, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into wet until combined, then add mix-ins.
Scoop dough onto the sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
