A delicious and protein-packed cheesecake dessert that combines the classic flavors of Oreos with creamy Greek yogurt.

non-fat greek yogurt

light cream cheese (softened)

vanilla or cookies-and-cream whey protein powder

Instructions
Mix the base: Combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add almond milk if too thick.
Fold in Oreo goodness: Crush 6–7 Oreos and fold into the mixture.
Layer and chill: Spoon into serving glasses and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
Let it set: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up.
