Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Blend oats, protein powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; mix until sticky.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, chia seeds, and flaxseed.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a tray.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
