A creamy, protein-packed pineapple treat perfect for a quick snack or post-workout refreshment.
Ingredients

Pineapple (Frozen)

Banana (Frozen)

Pineapple Juice

Greek Yogurt (Vanilla, Pineapple, or Lemon)

Protein Powder (Complimenting flavor)

Sweetener

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a food processor or powerful blender with tamper.
Process or blend until creamy and volume doubles or triples.
Scrape down sides as needed and stop when desired consistency is reached.
