A creamy, protein-packed pineapple treat perfect for a quick snack or post-workout refreshment.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups Pineapple (Frozen)
  • 1 small Banana (Frozen)
  • 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 3 ounces Greek Yogurt (Vanilla, Pineapple, or Lemon)
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder (Complimenting flavor)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener (*Optional if your Protein Powder isn't sweet enough)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or powerful blender with tamper.
  • Process or blend until creamy and volume doubles or triples.
  • Scrape down sides as needed and stop when desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Adjust sweetener to taste or omit for a lower-sugar option.
