Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats (Turned into Oat Flour)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Use a complimenting flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Milk (or Milk Substitute)
  • 1 large Whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ounce Greek Yogurt (Use a complimenting flavor)

Optional Sweetener

  • to taste Sweetener

Instructions 

  • Blend oats into flour.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth, adding more milk if needed.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
  • Pour batter into pan and cook until bubbles form, then scramble with spatula.
  • Continue scrambling until cooked through.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon.
