Ingredients

Liquid

  • 6 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Dry Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Rolled Oats
  • 5.3 ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Strawberry)
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 4 wafers Wafers (Reduced Fat)
  • 0.5 cup Ice

Instructions 

  • Put all of your ingredients into a blender
  • Blend everything together

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a little more ice or yogurt.
