Instructions
Add all ingredients except half of the pecans into a large bowl.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Grease a 9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and pour the batter in.
Top with ground cinnamon and remaining pecans.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 60-75 minutes.
