These delicious pumpkin protein balls are a perfect snack for a boost of energy and nutrition.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

rolled oats
(gluten free if desired)

scoops
vanilla protein powder
1
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
Wet Ingredients
1/2
cup
almond butter
1/3
cup
pumpkin puree
1/4
cup
raw honey
(sub maple syrup for vegan)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Scoop out approximately 24 small balls and roll them with your hands.
Place on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes.
