These delicious pumpkin protein balls are a perfect snack for a boost of energy and nutrition.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if desired)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (sub maple syrup for vegan)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Scoop out approximately 24 small balls and roll them with your hands.
  • Place on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes.
