Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9" x 13" pan and line with parchment.
Mix pumpkin, butter, and sugars; beat in egg, yolk, and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients; fold into wet mixture and add 1 cup chocolate chips.
Spread batter in pan; sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 26-28 minutes until set and golden; cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate chips and fresh pumpkin purée.
