A delicious fall treat combining crunchy popcorn with warm pumpkin spice flavors and optional nuts for added texture.
Ingredients
Popcorn

coconut oil

Instructions
Preheat the popcorn popper with coconut oil and test kernels. Once popping, add remaining kernels and cover.
Pop the popcorn until popping slows, then transfer to a large bowl.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add maple syrup, and stir in spices and vanilla. Remove from heat.
Pour the warm spice mixture over popcorn, tossing gently to coat evenly. Add nuts or brown sugar if desired.
Spread on parchment paper and let cool for 10-15 minutes until set. Serve and enjoy!
