Ingredients

Dairy

  • 8 oz feta cheese (drained from brine)
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt

Canned Pumpkin

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

Sweetener

  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (plus more for serving)

Herbs & Spices

  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)

Garnishes

  • Fresh thyme (for garnishing)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)

Instructions 

  • Crumble feta cheese and ensure it’s drained.
  • Blend feta and Greek yogurt in a food processor until creamy.
  • Add pumpkin puree and honey, then blend until smooth.
  • Mix in dried thyme and black pepper, pulsing to combine.
  • Transfer to a bowl, garnish with honey, fresh thyme, and walnuts.

Notes

This dip is best served with crusty toasted bread and can be customized with additional toppings.
