Oats

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats

Blueberries

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Liquid

  • 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Chia Seeds

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

Sweetener

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, blueberries, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl.
