A quick and flavorful stir fry combining ground beef and vegetables in a savory teriyaki sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Vegetables

  • 2 medium bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Sauces and Oils

  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Slice bell peppers, cut broccoli into florets, and mince garlic.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Add bell peppers and broccoli; cook for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in teriyaki sauce, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Notes

For a lower sodium option, use reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce.
