Ingredients

Oil

  • 1.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Meat

  • 1.3 Pounds Ground Turkey (93/7 Lean)
  • 16 Ounces Water
  • 0.5 Red Onion Red Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Red Pepper Red Pepper (Chopped)
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Minced Garlic ((or 3 Cloves Regular))
  • 6 Tablespoons Green Chiles (Diced)
  • 28 Ounces Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 15 Ounces Black Beans (Reduced Sodium)
  • 16 Ounces Kidney Beans (Reduced Sodium Dark Red)
  • 1 Packet Chili Seasoning Mix (1.25 Ounces) (Lowest sodium)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mix well, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-35 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lime before serving.
