Soft, buttery dinner rolls with a golden crust, perfect for any meal or special occasion.
Ingredients
Dough

Instructions
Combine warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy (5-10 min).
Add melted butter, salt, and egg; gradually mix in flour until dough forms a soft ball.
Knead until smooth and elastic (5-7 min by machine or 10 min by hand).
Let dough rise in a warm place for 20-30 min until puffy.
Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into balls, place in greased dish, and let rise 15-20 min.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 16-18 min until golden. Brush with browned butter and sprinkle salt.
Notes
For softer rolls, cover with a damp towel during rising.
