Instructions
Mix chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Sauté garlic and onion in oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, cream, spices, and simmer.
Cook marinated chicken until browned and cooked through.
Add chicken to sauce, stir in remaining butter, and simmer briefly.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with naan and rice.
Notes
For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper to taste.
