Instructions
Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt.
Cook chicken in a skillet with 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil until browned; set aside.
Sauté onions and garlic in remaining butter; add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne, and garam masala. Simmer.
Add cooked chicken and heavy cream; simmer until sauce thickens.
Garnish with parsley and serve with naan bread and steamed rice.
Notes
Adjust salt and spice levels to taste. For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
