These delicious protein balls are a quick and easy snack packed with flavor and nutrition!

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini candies (such as m&ms)
  • 1–4 teaspoons water (optional)

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, protein powder, oats, chia seeds, honey, vanilla essence, and salt until well combined.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini candies.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
