210gall-purpose flour
7gfine sea salt
7ginstant yeast
236gwhole milk lukewarm
60gmolasses

45gbutter melted and unsalted

Instructions
Whisk together milk, molasses, melted butter, and egg until combined.
Mix flours, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add wet mixture and stir to form a shaggy dough.
Knead the dough for 6 minutes with a stand mixer or 12 minutes by hand until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 90 minutes until doubled.
Divide dough into 12 portions, shape into balls, place in a lined dish, cover, and rise for 40-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix remaining melted butter with molasses, brush over rolls, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Brush with extra molasses after baking for shine and flavor.
