These no-bake Raspberry Cheesecake Bliss Balls are a delicious, healthy treat packed with flavor and easy to make.

Instructions
Add dates to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add oats, cashew butter, and freeze-dried raspberries; pulse until well combined.
Add cashews and pulse to desired texture.
Form mixture into ~1 TBSP balls and roll in raspberry dust (optional).
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
Chilling the balls enhances the cheesecake-like texture.
