1cupdark chocolate chips
Instructions
Add raspberries, coconut, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a food processor and pulse until combined.
Transfer mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan and freeze for 4-5 hours until solid.
Remove from pan and slice into bars.
Melt chocolate chips and dip each bar into the chocolate, then place on parchment to set.
Drizzle remaining chocolate on top, add crushed raspberries if desired, then freeze until chocolate hardens.
Notes
Use frozen raspberries for best results and store the bars in the freezer.
