Ingredients

Liquid

  • 6 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Chocolate)
  • 2.65 ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Vanilla)
  • 0.5 serving Cake Mix (2 Tablespoons Red Velvet)
  • Ice Ice (Your Choice)
  • Whipped Cream Whipped Cream

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients except whipped cream into a shaker or blender.
  • Shake or blend until smooth.
  • Top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding a little honey or sweetener if desired.
