Ingredients

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey (or Beef/Chicken (Lean))
  • 1 Cup Pizza Cheese (Fat Free/Reduced Fat)
  • 0.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning (or Powder)
  • to taste Salt (Your choice)
  • 0.5 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Rice (Cooked Brown)
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • for topping Pizza Sauce (*For Topping (Your choice))

Instructions 

  • Combine and mix all ingredients together.
  • Shape into balls and place on a lined baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  • Top with Pizza Sauce before serving.

Notes

Use lean meat for healthier options and adjust salt to taste.
