A delicious homemade pizza featuring roasted pumpkin and fresh toppings, perfect for a cozy meal.
Ingredients

Greek Yoghurt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Roast pumpkin with olive oil for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
Mix Greek yoghurt with 1 cup of flour to form a dough, adding more flour if sticky.
Knead dough, divide into three, and roll into mini bases.
Spread tomato paste on bases, add toppings, then bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
