A delicious homemade pizza featuring roasted pumpkin and fresh toppings, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1.5 cups Self-Raising Flour

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 piece Brown Onion
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • Handful Kalamata Olives
  • 3 white Mushrooms
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Roast pumpkin with olive oil for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Mix Greek yoghurt with 1 cup of flour to form a dough, adding more flour if sticky.
  • Knead dough, divide into three, and roll into mini bases.
  • Spread tomato paste on bases, add toppings, then bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
