Enjoy these perfectly roasted sweet potatoes, crispy on the edges and tender inside, a versatile side dish or snack.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse, peel, and chop sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
Transfer to a serving platter. Serve as is or with a side dip, sprinkle with sea salt and parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
