Ingredients

Dough

  • 500 gram all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 10 gram instant yeast
  • 10 gram white granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 350 ml lukewarm water

Toppings

  • 1 Cup sliced cherry tomato
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil, knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Spread dough on a greased baking sheet.
  • Press cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and garlic into the dough. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
