A delicious homemade granola combining sweet caramel, cinnamon, and fresh apple pieces for a crunchy, flavorful treat.
Ingredients

maple syrup

ghee

(peeled and sliced)
Instructions
Combine maple syrup and ghee in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk until melted and boiling, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Peel and slice apple into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix oats, cinnamon, and apple pieces in a bowl.
Remove caramel from heat, whisk in salt, then pour over oats and apples; mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Cool before crumbling.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
