A rich and gooey salted caramel brownie made with almond flour, perfect for a gluten-free treat.
Ingredients
Chocolate

Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars

Maple Syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt chocolate in a pot or microwave.
Mix eggs, maple syrup, and ghee. Combine with melted chocolate.
Whisk almond flour, cacao powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and baking soda. Fold into chocolate mixture.
Swirl in 2-3 tbsp caramel sauce, pour into a greased 8x8 pan, add more caramel and sprinkle salt on top.
Bake for 20-23 minutes, then cool and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
