Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
Mix flour, sugars, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until combined. Fold in toffee, caramel, and pecans.
Portion dough with two tablespoons, place on baking sheets, top with reserved toppings if desired.
Bake for 12 minutes until edges are golden. Immediately sprinkle with sea salt if using.
