Instructions
Melt butter, warm milk, and combine with eggs, honey, yeast, and salt. Add flour gradually and knead until smooth.
Let dough rise until doubled, about 1.5 to 2 hours. Divide into 15 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased pan. Let rise again until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush rolls with beaten egg and bake for 20-22 minutes until golden. Melt butter with honey, brush over hot rolls, and sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, avoid adding too much extra flour to keep the rolls light and fluffy.
