Crumble Topping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook cherries with jam in a skillet until juice appears, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix oats, almond meal, cinnamon, and salt. Combine almond butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup; add to dry ingredients.
Add lemon juice and almond extract to cherries, thicken with cornstarch mixed with water, then transfer to baking dish.
Crumble topping over cherries and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
Notes
Keep an eye on the crumble while baking to prevent burning.
