A hearty and flavorful skillet combining ground beef, eggs, and aromatic spices, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 grams ground beef (minced beef), preferably lean
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 large eggs, free-range for the best flavor
  • 1 handful parsley, fresh, chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions until golden (~5-7 min).
  • Add garlic and cook for 1-2 min until fragrant.
  • Cook ground beef until browned (~8-10 min), then stir in spices and cook 2 min.
  • Create four wells in beef mixture, crack eggs into each, cover, and cook 6-8 min until whites are set.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for the best flavor and consider adjusting spices to taste.
