Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Increase heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in spices and salt, cook for 2 minutes. Make four wells, crack eggs into each, cover, and cook 6-8 minutes until whites are set.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
