Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss chickpeas with oil, salt, pepper, paprika; roast 15-20 mins.
Mix marinade ingredients; marinate chicken. Cook in skillet 4-5 mins per side.
Combine tomatoes, onion, parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt for salad.
Assemble bowl with couscous, chicken, salad, and crispy chickpeas.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
