Ingredients

Protein Powder

  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (Your Choice Flavor)

Egg Whites

  • 4 large Large Egg Whites

Sweetener

  • 2 packets Sweetener (0 calorie)

Unsweetened Apple Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Peanut Butter

  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter

Rolled Oats

  • 0.25 cup Rolled Oats

Vanilla Extract

  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  • Mix all of your ingredients together
  • Pour your mix into an 8x8 baking dish coated with non-stick spray
  • Bake at 350F/176C for 20 minutes or until done
