Enjoy a crispy, cheesy low-carb snack that mimics pizza chips, perfect for dipping and sharing.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Use Full, Reduced, or Fat Free)
  • 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (Use Full, Reduced, or Fat Free)

Spices & Seasonings

  • 0.25 teaspoon Oregano
  • 0.5-1 teaspoon Garlic Seasoning (Optional (Use any other seasonings, herbs, or spices you want to change up the flavor))

Optional Toppings

  • slices slices Pepperoni (Optional)
  • for dipping Pizza Sauce (Optional)
  • for dipping Parmesan Cheese (Grated) (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spread mixture evenly in small layers in a muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
  • Press firmly to shape the chips.
  • Top with optional pepperoni slices.
  • Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15-20 minutes until edges brown.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a crispier texture, bake a little longer or use a convection setting.
