A simple and delicious homemade bread baked right in a skillet, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

warm water (105–115 degrees)

honey

Instructions
Mix water, honey, and yeast; let sit until foamy.
Add 2.5 cups flour, olive oil, and salt; knead until smooth.
Let dough rise for 30 minutes, then shape into a ball and place in skillet.
Cover, rest for 30 minutes, then preheat oven to 400°F and cut slits in bread.
Bake for 12-20 minutes until golden; optional butter and salt topping.
Notes
For a crustier bread, bake a few extra minutes and brush with butter after baking.
