Instructions
Sear beef: Brown beef chunks in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Prepare ingredients: Dice onions, mince garlic, slice carrots.
Combine: Transfer beef to slow cooker, add vegetables, herbs, sauces, and broth.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
