Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

active dry yeast

warm milk

Instructions
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Combine flour, salt, melted butter, eggs, garlic, parsley, thyme, and yeast mixture; stir until sticky dough forms.
Knead dough on floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
Punch down, divide into portions, shape into balls, place in greased pan, and let rise briefly.
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
For softer rolls, let them rise a bit longer before baking.
