Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Shred and toss with buffalo sauce.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Mix Caesar dressing, shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and Parmesan.
Place chicken mixture on lettuce, top with parsley, roll up, and serve.
Notes
For a healthier dressing, use a light or homemade Caesar dressing.
