Enjoy a flavorful and healthier twist on classic buffalo chicken wraps, packed with fresh veggies and light dressing.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

Vegetables & Dairy

  • 4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (preferably homemade or a healthier version)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Shred and toss with buffalo sauce.
  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Mix Caesar dressing, shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and Parmesan.
  • Place chicken mixture on lettuce, top with parsley, roll up, and serve.

Notes

For a healthier dressing, use a light or homemade Caesar dressing.
