Instructions
If needed, cook chicken by poaching or grilling for 12 minutes, then cool and shred.
Melt butter, whisk with hot sauce and garlic powder, then toss with shredded chicken.
Prepare vegetables and warm tortillas briefly in microwave.
Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken, lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese, then roll up.
Fold, roll tightly, cut in half, and optionally toast in skillet.
Notes
