Ingredients

Protein

  • 12 oz chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 80 ml hot sauce
  • 30 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Wraps

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 ml ranch dressing
  • 50 g small carrot (julienned)
  • 40 g celery stalk (thinly sliced)

Instructions 

  • If needed, cook chicken by poaching or grilling for 12 minutes, then cool and shred.
  • Melt butter, whisk with hot sauce and garlic powder, then toss with shredded chicken.
  • Prepare vegetables and warm tortillas briefly in microwave.
  • Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken, lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese, then roll up.
  • Fold, roll tightly, cut in half, and optionally toast in skillet.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps seam side down in a skillet before serving.
