A quick and flavorful bowl combining seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and rice with a spicy kick.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound ground beef

Grains

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauces & Oils

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes or hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral cooking oil

Instructions 

  • Cook the jasmine rice and set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef in a pan.
  • Add soy sauce and chili flakes/hot sauce to beef.
  • Stir-fry the veggies in the same pan.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, and veggies.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes

Feel free to add more hot sauce for extra spice or substitute vegetables based on preference.
