Instructions
Cook rice and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms) and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Serve the beef and vegetable mixture over steamed rice. Enjoy!
