A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining seasoned ground beef with colorful vegetables, served over fluffy jasmine rice for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef until browned (5-7 min). Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry until veggies are tender-crisp (3-4 min).
Mix in soy sauce and chili paste, stirring to coat evenly.
Serve over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
