Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, any color)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Aromatics

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Sauces & Oils

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Grains

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice

Instructions 

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef until browned (5-7 min). Drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry until veggies are tender-crisp (3-4 min).
  • Mix in soy sauce and chili paste, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Serve over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
