Instructions
Cook ground beef until browned; set aside.
In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds.
Add beef, soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer 3-4 minutes.
Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes.
Stir-fry broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper 4-5 minutes; add soy sauce.
Serve beef and vegetables over steamed rice; spoon extra sauce if desired.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
