Instructions
Cook ground beef until browned; set aside.
In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds.
Add beef, soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer 3–4 minutes.
Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper; stir-fry 4–5 minutes. Serve over rice.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes to desired spice level.
