Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 red bell pepper sliced red bell pepper
  • 0.5 zucchini sliced zucchini
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup steamed white rice

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef until browned; set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds.
  • Add beef, soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer 3–4 minutes.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper; stir-fry 4–5 minutes. Serve over rice.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes to desired spice level.
